Terms & Conditions — jsv88

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on jsv88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jsv88 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited under local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of jsv88 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. jsv88 reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Territories without prior notice.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the jsv88 Platform under any previous account or alias.

Each individual may hold one (1) Account only on jsv88. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jsv88 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Any winnings generated from a duplicate account will be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jsv88 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Passwords must be at least eight characters in length and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• jsv88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jsv88 support immediately at the contact address provided in Clause 15.
• jsv88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason.

All transactions on jsv88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jsv88 does not apply currency conversion fees on IDR transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the transfer is confirmed on jsv88's systems, typically within 1–5 minutes for e-wallet transactions and 5–30 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 applies per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during WIB business hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• jsv88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification or an ongoing security review.
• Any funds deposited via a specific payment method may, at jsv88's discretion, be required to be withdrawn via the same method to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• A minimum deposit of Rp 10.000 is required to maintain an active Account.

jsv88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Free bets are valid only for the markets, minimum odds, and time window specified in the relevant promotion. Unused free bets expire automatically and carry no cash value.
• jsv88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a Player has opted in, if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or misuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or coordinating with other Players to circumvent terms — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in permanent closure of the Account.
• Players who opt into a bonus accept that the wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of associated funds is permitted, regardless of the original deposit amount remaining in the Account.
• jsv88 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Player is eligible for any specific promotion, and may decline to award a bonus without providing a detailed explanation.

jsv88 offers sports betting (including football markets such as BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League), live casino games (powered by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets, and a library of slot games from leading studios. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jsv88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred, as determined solely by jsv88.
• jsv88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or on markets that were displayed in error due to a technical fault, data-feed failure, or human error. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. jsv88 reserves the right to cap winnings in excess of these limits at the published maximum, regardless of the theoretical payout.
• In the event of a disputed result, jsv88's decision — made after consulting official sporting bodies or game logs — shall be final and binding.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity in relation to wagering on jsv88 will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
• For togel markets, official draw results as published by the relevant draw authority (Singapore Pools, HKJC, etc.) constitute the sole reference for settlement. jsv88 will settle markets within two hours of the official result being published.

jsv88 is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. jsv88 may also request KYC documentation at any point where there is a reasonable basis for doing so, including but not limited to large or unusual transaction patterns.

Accepted KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's Licence (SIM) — must be government-issued, unexpired, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months and showing your full name and registered Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name.

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and must not be edited, cropped in a way that conceals required information, or digitally altered in any way. Submission of falsified documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds, with the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

jsv88 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified by email of the outcome of their review.

jsv88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following player-protection tools, available directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 7 days to 6 months, or apply for permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, jsv88 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive on-screen notifications at set intervals showing how long you have been playing in your current session.

jsv88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against a deposit made to jsv88.
• Use of unauthorised software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Receipt of instructions from a competent authority or regulatory body to suspend or close the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jsv88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Any funds determined to be proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Where the closure is not the result of a breach, the verified Account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jsv88 support. All pending wagers will be settled in the normal course, and the remaining verified balance will be returned within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jsv88's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jsv88 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — whether direct or indirect.
• Any consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.
• Any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement caused by a Force Majeure event.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a technical error, data-feed failure, or delay.
• Any damage to a Player's device, software, or data arising from access to or use of the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond jsv88's reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause limits jsv88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the jsv88 Platform — including but not limited to the jsv88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content (where licensed from third-party studios), text, and data compilations — is the property of jsv88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jsv88's prior written consent.
• Use the jsv88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform's software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

jsv88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jsv88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud-detection agencies, and competent authorities where required by law or regulation. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements that require third parties to maintain confidentiality and implement adequate security measures.

jsv88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jsv88 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the amendment takes effect.

jsv88 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, or promotion at any time without liability to Players, subject to the settlement of any bets already accepted at the time of discontinuation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jsv88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
